Rajnikanth who was being treated at Apollo hospital, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad has been discharged a short while ago after his condition improved and is presently stable.
The medical team attending him conducted multiple tests over the past couple of days and none of them suggested he has a serious underlying condition.
Rajnikanth, along with daughter, Aishwarya left to Begumpet airport to board a charter flight to Chennai after he was discharged from the hospital.
The senior actor was advised to rest for the next few days. His blood pressure is under control now and there is nothing to worry about.
