The judge of Secunderabad court has imposed 14 days remand for the former Minister Bhuma Akhil Priya in the Boinapally kidnapping case. The police shifted her to Chanchalguda jail.
Earlier, Akhilapriya was examined by doctors at Gandhi Hospital. The doctors concluded that there was no problem with the Akhil Priya medical examination report.
Police later escorted her to the judge’s residence. Meanwhile, Akhilapriya has filed a petition in the court seeking bail.
Akhilapriya’s lawyer told the court that she has nothing to do with the kidnapping case of the former Hockey player, Praveen Rao, and his brothers.
The judge issued notices to the public prosecution on the bail petition. Tomorrow, Akhila Priya’s bail petition will be heard in the Secunderabad court.
