With the pandemic of Coronavirus still at large in the world, in the country, and in the Telugu states, the Winter Assembly sessions have been limited to only 5 days this year. All sorts of precautions are being taken to make sure that there’s no hazard of spreading of the virus in the Assembly.
According to the latest reports, West Godavari District Tanuku MLA Karumuri Nageswara Rao has reportedly tested positive for Coronavirus. The MLA has attended the Assembly sessions that took place in the last two days, and this news is now scaring everyone who has attended the Assembly sessions in the last two days.
Karumuri spoke in the Assembly just yesterday, and now speculation is rife that the MLA has not attended today’s session because he tested positive for Coronavirus. The reason for such speculation and the lack of confirmation is because the nothing has been confirmed about the MLA testing positive, from the MLA’s side.
On the other hand, every person who has been in close proximity to Karumuri is now said to be trepidating with the thought of them possibly contracting the virus from the MLA. This fear has even led to some of the these members not attending the Assembly session today.
Official information is yet to come from MLA Karumuri’s side, until when nothing can be confirmed for certain.
