YSRCP MLA Kotamreddy Sridhar Reddy has been arrested for allegedly harassing a lady officer in government.
According to Sarala, a Mandal Parishad Development Officer (MPDO) in Nellore, Sridhar Reddy and Sreekanth disconnected all the basic amenities like water, power and TV connections to her residence.
Sarla revealed further, saying that a person named Sreekanth had approached her for a water connection and even tried to threaten her, by making her speak to MLA Sridhar Reddy, as the application is getting delayed for the various reasons.
She alleged that the MLA also threatened her mother, by visiting her residence. “He told her that we would not get power, water and cable connection till his work was done. They also placed a garbage bin before my house,” she alleged.

However, the MLA refuted the allegations against him and said that the application for water connection has been put on hold, for the past three months.
Meanwhile, the opposition party TDP is making use of the situation and lashing out at the ruling party. The party activists even floated a hashtag called #JaganRowdyRajyam, which is now going viral on the Twitter.
Unwilling to make the issue uglier, even Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has ordered the officials to go against the MLA, if the allegations of the MPDO officer are found to be true.
