The YSRCP government, for some inexplicable reason, seems to be confident, and very certain of its future in AP politics. The Jagan government, despite all of its failed plans, seems to be sure of coming back to power in 2024, following the general elections. This is in spite of the 3 capital fiasco, the various judicial fallouts, and of course, the infamous financial crisis of the state.
None of these seems to be bothering the members of the state, and the fact that the government has done pretty much nothing for the development of the state. One would think that the Jagan led YSRCP is confident of coming back to power because of its welfare schemes, especially the Navaratna scheme, but it’s a totally different reason that has gotten everyone confident.
Jagan’s education and health care plans are the reasons for the YSRCP members’ confidence in the party returning to power in 2024, and that it would be a major player for years to come. Jagan has introduced English medium schools and made sure that every illness is cured through the Arogya Sri plan. Well, it is now to be seen how firmly rooted Jagan and his followers’ beliefs are.
