In a shocking incident, the offices of the opposition Telugu Desam Party were vandalised in several locations of Andhra Pradesh. The ruling YSRCP activists allegedly attacked the TDP headquarters in Mangalagiri as well.
TDP official spokesperson K. Pattabhi Ram’s remarks against AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and the state government have sparked outrage. The YSRCP leaders and activists staged protests across the state. They have also attacked Pattabhi Ram’s house in Vijayawada.
About 200 YSRCP activists stormed into Pattabhi’s house. His family members said that all the equipment in the house was smashed. They said that YSRCP activists threatened to kill the TDP leader.
Aware of this, TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu complained to the Governor. K. Pattabhi Ram on Tuesday slammed the Jagan government for issuing police notices to TDP senior leader and former minister Nakka Anand Babu.
