Vijay Devarakonda and Samantha starrer movie ‘Khlushi’ is getting ready for pan India wise release. This movie is directed by Shiva Nirvana with the story of love and family emotions. Produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar under Mythri Movie Makers banner. ‘Kushi’, which has received the UA certificate from the censors, is gearing up for a grand release on September 1. In this background, cinematographer G. Murali shared his experiences working on the film.
– I was born in Tamil Nadu and was interested in education, painting, social issues and politics from childhood. I worked in communist organizations when I was a student. For some years, I had an interest to enter the film industry. I prefer to be in real life rather than imagining too much in life. I want the movies I do cinematography to be close to real life.
– I have been in the Telugu film industry since 2005. I worked for the movie Andhala Rakshasi. After that I did the love and family entertainer ‘Kushi’. I came into this project through Mythri Ravi gar7. Mythri movie makers can be said to be the backbone of this movie. Because I have never seen people with so much passion. They will provide whatever is needed to make the movie good. They show great interest in film making.
– Mythri Ravi garu called me and said we are coming to Chennai with the director. He said me to listen the story and that’s how Shiva told the story, I liked it very much. Knowing about his previous movies. I feel happy to have the opportunity to work with such a good director.
– The theme of this movie is that a young man who has some dreams about love comes to know that love and life are not according to our imaginations. The visual beauty shown by cinematographer PC Sree Ram in Mani Ratnam’s films will be seen in Kushi. But we did not copy such scenes. The visuals are there to create such a feeling.
– Director Siva Nirvana is very good in person. A director who likes film making. He takes care of everything related to the film. He thinks about the movie. His music sense is superb. The reason why there is so much people talking about ‘Kushi’ music today is because of Shiva Nirvana’s taste.
– ‘Kushi’ will be a love and family entertainer. In this, Vijay and Samantha’s performance in the revolutionary and adorable characters will impress you. The emotions and details shown by Vijay and Samantha in the situations between their characters brought a beauty to the film. Vijay knows how much to act in the character. ‘Kushi’ has all the commercial elements. I worked with Samantha for the first time in this film.
– If you look at the past few films that I have worked on like Kaala and Sarpatta, they are raw and rustic. But in ‘Kushi’ I got the chance to bring beautiful and feel good visuals. It felt like showing full life on the screen. After watching this movie you will get a new feeling. I tried my best to bring that emotion through the camera.
