A Chief Minister is supposed to represent the people of an entire state. Taking such representation to the next level, it seems, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is not only representing the people, but also their traditions.
YS Jagan who openly declared that he reads Bible on a regular basis, is also being seen with ‘Kumkuma’ on his forehead now-a-days. He is also frequently visiting the temples and involving in Hindu customs.

Jagan’s grandfather YS Raja Reddy has adopted Christianity and the same is being followed by rest of the family members. Jagan’s mother YS Vijayamma, keeps holding a Bible in hands all the time and even the CM regularly follows the traditions of Christianity.
Though YS family has adopted Christianity, they follow Hindu traditions for marriages. Jagan is constantly seen with Sadguru Sharadananda Swamy in the recent times and he also visited the spiritual guru, after witnessing victory in the elections. It seems, the young CM is since then serious about following the Hindu traditions like applying Kumkuma on forehead, visiting temples etc.
Meanwhile, Jagan’s gesture towards different cultures and traditions is sending good signals among the public. Of course, the acts of this kind, would make him closer to all sections of public, Isn’t it?
