Hero Vijay Deverakonda turned producer soon after testing success with few films as an actor. He bankrolled his first venture director for Tharun Bhascker‘s debut film as a hero, Meeku Mathrame Cheptha. Nevertheless, the film had ended up as a damp squib.
But that didn’t deter Vijay and soon he started producing his second film titled ‘Pushpaka Vimaanam’, which features Vijay’s younger brother Anand Deverakonda in the lead role. On the flip side, Vijay’s father Govardhan Deverakonda is supervising and monitoring the film’s production works. The film is slated to release in the second half of this year.
And meanwhile, Vijay is already preoccupied with the third project under his banner. This as-yet-untitled film stars an absolutely new cast and it is being helmed by debutant Prudhvi Sena Reddy. It is anticipated from the actor-producer that further details about the project will be revealed soon after the pandemic situation subsides. Meanwhile, Vijay is also listening to scripts from different directors to continue his acting stint in films supposed to be from many film industries.
