A few days ago, the executive director of Gaiety Galaxy and Maratha Mandir Cinema Manoj Desai called Vijay Deverakonda arrogant for the latter’s comments on the boycott trend in Bollywood.
Manoj Desai criticized Vijay’s attitude in the movie promotions. Ahead of the release, the Arjun Reddy actor said, “And I believe that I am correct. I feel that there is no room for fear, when I had nothing, I didn’t fear. We have a fire inside us. We will see who will stop us.”
Responding to VD’s comments, Manoj said that the Liger actor has become arrogant and said his behaviour is creating trouble in advance bookings of our theatres. “Mr Vijay, you are anaconda not ‘Konda Konda’. You are talking like an anaconda,” he added.
Days after Manoj made these comments, Vijay recently met the executive director of Maratha Mandir Cinema in Mumbai. In a picture shared online, the duo is seen smiling as they posed together.
Manoj Desai was happy to meet Vijay. “Vijay came to Mumbai to clear the misunderstanding about my comments. As a star, he showed good manners. He promised that he will do good films in the future,” the theatre owner said.
