It is not new for the film celebrities to venture into other businesses apart from working in films. While a few begin the businesses that are nowhere related to the films, a few others who are passionate only about films, try to venture into the theatre business.
For instance, Super Star Mahesh has recently launched AMB superplex in Hyderabad, with the world class quality arrangements inside the theatre.
Now, joining the list, popular filmmaker Trivikram Srinivas has bought a cinema theatre in Rajanagaram, a small town near Rajahmundry in East Godavari district. Named ‘Rayudu’, the theatre is now being renovated by the class director by spending Rs. 5 crores.
As the theatre is located at the center of Rajahmundry and Kakinada, anticipating the future development in the area, the Athadu director might have bought the cinema hall, a few say.
Trivikram and Sunil, who were roommates even before entering into the film industry used to stay in a single room in Panjagutta. Considering it as a sentiment, the director is still paying rent for the room, only to relive the moments, whenever he visits the place. So it should be seen, whether he would reveal in the future, any association he had with Rayudu theatre too.
