Prominent golfer Tiger Woods was hospitalised on Tuesday after a rollover crash in California. The 15-time major champion is suffering from multiple leg injuries incurred from a single-car road accident.
According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, the accident happened at 7.12 am near the border of Rolling Hills Estates and Rancho Palos Verdes. He was travelling northbound on Hawthorne Ave. when his car crossed onto the opposite side of the road and rolled onto a hillside.
An acquaintance called 911 to inform officials of the accident, and Woods was awake and able to talk when they appeared on the scene. He is presently at the hospital healing from the damage incurred from the accident. Many prominent personalities across the world have wished for the speedy recovery of Tiger Woods.
