Though ground level politics always do the best for any political party, it is also important to promote a political party on the social media, as it would be helpful to boost the young voters.
While TDP completely failed in maintaining any such active social meida profiles before the elections, YSRCP activists were extremely active with criticizing the TDP leaders at the right time, with required photo and video proofs. In fact, the vigorous negative campaigning of the Jagan’s party activists about Lokesh fumbling in public meetings, cannot be ignored as one of the reasons for Lokesh’s shocking defeat in the assembly elections.
It seems, TDP has finally realized the mistake and is slowly turning active on Twitter and Facebook. In the ongoing assembly sessions, Finance Minister Buggana Rajendranath Reddy said that Kia Motors Plant came in AP due to YS Rajashekar Reddy and in his regime.
Regarding this, YSRCP activists also posted some fabricated letters on social media, that prove the same. But the TDP activists then jumped into the action and posted the original letterhead of Kia Motors, which differed from what YSRCP activists posted. The things took an ugly turn later, with the TDP activists winning every argument over their counterparts.

If the similar social media strategies of TDP continue, then it may not have to face such an embarrassing debacle in the next elections, as it faced in the recent assembly and Lok Sabha polls.
