Replacing the national flag colors with YSRCP colors on the walls of Thammadepalli Gram Panchayat office has gone extremely viral on the internet. Though the issue is related to a regional party, as even the national flag was involved, several considered it as a disturbance to the nation. So the news has gone viral across the country, with even the national media, giving the screen space for it.
As there was a severe uproar from all the sides, the concerned officials ordered to whitewash the building and it is completed too. Not stopping there, the state government also suspended the Panchayat Secretary R Prakash, who is blamed for the act.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has faced a severe backlash across the country due to the incident. Even after white washing the wall, the response is only being considered as a damage control measure, but is not helping the government to gain back the confidence of the public in any manner.
