Rajya Sabha member and NCP president Sharad Pawar is the latest politician to fall prey to the novel Coronavirus. He tested positive for Covid-19 on Monday, January 24. He informed everyone about this news through Twitter.
Taking to the social media platform, the former three-time Maharashtra CM said, “I have tested Covid positive but there is no cause for concern. I am following the treatment as suggested by my doctor. I request all those who have been in contact with me in the past few days to get themselves tested and take all necessary precautions.”
Mr Pawar said there is no cause for concern and he is taking treatment and all precautions recommended by his doctor. He also asked all those who came in contact with him in the last few days to get themselves tested for Covid-19 and take necessary precautions.
