Shalini Pandey’s career in Tollywood never really took off, despite scoring a sensational hit with her debut film Arjun Reddy. The young actress will next be seen in Nishabdham which will be premiering on Amazon Prime on October 2nd. She would be hoping that this suspense thriller would get her career back on track.
Going into the story, Shalini Pandey irked the makers of Nishabdham big time while the film was in final phase of shooting.
Reportedly, Bollywood production house, Yash Raj films took full control of Shalini Pandey’s dates ever since she signed a three-films contract with them in July last year. For some reason, they advised Shalini not to take part in Nishabdham shoot while the filming was nearing completion.
Despite multiple attempts, the producers of Nishabdham could not get in touch with Shalini. Consequently, they had to shift the shooting location from Hyderabad to Mumbai just for a couple of days shoot in which Shalini Pandey had to take part.
The makers of Nishabdham had to put in extra efforts to complete the shoot, owing to Shalini’s last-minute unprincipled act.
Nishabdham is directed by Hemant Madhukar and produced by TG Vishwa Prasad, and Kona Venkat.
