Amid rising Covid-19 cases in Telangana, the state government led by CM KCR has decided to shut down the schools across the state for a second time.
Telangana Education Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy today announced the decision in Assembly because of increasing Coronavirus cases.
In order to prevent tragic situations in the future, the state has decided to close all the educational institutions including hostels, Tribal schools. The classes will be held Online just like last year.
In March last year, all states had eliminated physical classes and shut educational institutions, following the nationwide lockdown announced by PM Narendra Modi.
At the beginning of 2021, many schools in the country had resumed physical classes. However, with the spike in the daily cases, states are again closing the educational institutions.
