Sankranthi 2020: Box office Prediction – Sarileru Neekevvaru Targets ‘Saaho’ Records

The biggest clash of the month is going to take place in a couple of days. Mahesh Babu and Allu Arjun are going head-to-head this weekend with Sarileru Neekevvaru and Ala Vaikuntapuramlo, respectively. Moviegoers are eagerly waiting to watch the two biggies on the silver screen.

When it comes to Sarileru Neekevvaru, this film is one of the big-budget films in the career of Mahesh Babu. It will hit the screens on January 11, 2020, as a Sankranthi gift to superstar fans.

Given these factors, trade circles say that Sarileru Neekevvaru is expected to have the biggest openings. We have exclusively found from the trade reports that Sarileru Neekevvaru could eye an opening day collection of Rs 35-36 Crore share in AP/Telangana. Moreover, if the reviews are in the movie’s favor, the collections could grow further.

Mahesh’s previous film Maharshi had collected Rs 23.7 Crore share. Now, Sarileru Neekevvaru has the chance to collect more as the ticket prices have been hiked, there are five shows per day, and most importantly, Sankranthi festive season would help the film to break the records of Saaho (Rs 36 Crore) that stood in the third position in All-Time Top 3.

Also, this film is expected to touch Rs 45 Crore share on its first day worldwide. If it manages to touch this mark, Mahesh Babu’s Sarileru Neekevvaru will enter into worldwide all-time top five records.
