Kushi, which was released on Friday, got decent response from the audience. The movie starring Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha in the lead roles is a romantic drama and is directed by Shiva Nirvana.
The movie went to collect huge numbers in overseas crossing 1 million dollars being 17th movie for Samantha crossing this mark.
Days before, a strong buzz surrounded that Samantha was embarrassed by the distributors of North America while she left an event organised by them earlier than expected. This buzz went viral all over.
To everyone’s surprise and hitting out the rumours, Samantha today shared a selfie video with Mr and Mrs Rajesh Kallepalli, the North American distributors of Kushi.
The video is full of smiles and Samantha congratulating them. The distributors being their debut, were successful in promoting the movie extensively which played a major role in overseas run. They even did a pre release event for the movie. Looks like all is fine between them!
