Bollywood superstar Salman Khan’s upcoming film ‘Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai’ will release in theatres and digital and other platforms on May 13.
This unexpected move comes from makers after witnessing a surge in Covid-19 cases in India. As the infection cases continue to be on the rise, the makers wanted to allow the audience to decide between a theatrical and at-home viewing.
Along with a theatrical release, the film will also be out on the pay-per-view service ZeePlex and DTH operators — Dish, D2H, Tata Sky and Airtel Digital TV.
By opting for the hybrid release, the Bollywood actor paved a path for many producers of Bollywood to opt for the same strategy during the covid times.
The theatrical trailer of Radhe will be launched tomorrow. The film is directed by Prabhudeva. It also stars Disha Patani, Randeep Hooda and Jackie Shroff in pivotal roles.
