As part of the BJP’s Sampark Abhiyan, Central minister Dharmendra Pradhan visited Hyderabad and met ABN Chief Vemuri Radhakrishna. In a closed door discussion of the duo, the Petroleum minister sought support on a few of the key decisions of the Centre like Article 370, Kashmir reorganization etc.
RK is identified to be an ardent supporter of TDP over the years. But after Telugu Desam lost the recent elections, the newly formed YSRCP government is not giving any advertisements to the RK’s media. It also banned ABN channel in Andhra Pradesh, for allegedly telecasting fake reports on the state government.
The position of RK is not any better in Telangana too. The TS CM and RK are never in good terms and several times, the duo severely went against each other.

The BJP, which is planning to politically strengthen the party in both the Telugu states, is considering it as a right time to reach out to RK. Even the ABN Chief is anticipating that his media would be on the safe side, if he has the backing of the Central government.
But, what is RK planning to do with TDP and its Chief Chandrababu Naidu, if he supports BJP hereafter? Is he going to backstab his long-time friend? Let’s see.
