CM Jagan suggested that volunteers should be honored with incentives on Ugadi day to recognize their services. In this background, CM Jagan has decided to give titles and cash prizes to the volunteers. The selected volunteers will be given cash awards of Rs. 10,000, Rs. 20,000 and Rs. 30,000 respectively.
On the other hand, opposition parties are raising concern that these rewards to the volunteers amidst polls are like encouraging volunteers to influence the voters. This decision is triggering doubts in opposition parties.
