Ram Charan has shelved the film with Goutham Tinnanuri that was announced previously and here’s an unknown story behind what actually happened behind closed doors.
Apparently, Charan wanted larger-than-life subjects after the global success of RRR. He felt the sports drama narrated by Goutham doesn’t fall under this category and that is the reason why he dropped the project.
Goutham had a failed debut in Bollywood with the Hindi remake of Jersey which turned out to be a disaster. Charan, who is at the pinnacle point of his career now can’t risk it with such subjects now.
Charan now aspires to work with big-league directors who can effectively handle big projects. He is in no mood to take any risks now and rightly so.
