National crush Rashmika Mandanna has been in the top form over the last couple of years. The gorgeous diva, who is also one of the highest-paid heroines in the South Indian film industry, is slowly taking over Hindi cinema and the south industry at the same time.
The latest buzz is that the Pushpa actress has been approached to play the female lead opposite Chiyaan Vikram in his upcoming film, tentatively titled “#Chiyaan 61”. However, there is no update that the star diva had signed the dotted line yet.
Speaking about #Chiyaan 61, the movie had its official pooja ceremony on July 16. Directed by Pa Ranjith, the movie is reportedly set in Kolar Gold Fields during the British rule in the 19th century and depicts the contributions of Tamils in building the legendary town.
On the other side, Rashmika is currently busy with Thalapathy Vijay’s Tamil-Telugu bilingual, Vaarasudu. She also has a Bollywood film with Amitabh Bachchan and Sandeep Vanga’s Animal in Bollywood.
