Sarileru Neekevvaru is one of the most anticipated upcoming movies, due to the first film in the combination of Mahesh Babu and Anil Ravipudi.
While Rashmika Mandanna was announced to play the female lead in the film, now the reports are rife that the makers are keen to change the heroine, as they consider that the character may not suit to the Geetha Govindam actress. But as there are very less number of heroines who are most happening in Tollywood, the makers are left with very limited choice.

Sarileru Neekevvaru makers have initially considered Kiara Advani, who already shared the screen space with Mahesh in Bharat Ane Nenu. But the actress later received a disaster in the form of Vinaya Vidheya Rama and is completely out of Tollywood.
She have a handful of projects in Bollywood and Adithya Varma is already out into the theaters today amidst of huge expectations. So the actress is looking forward to gear up her career in Bollywood and is unwilling to come back to Tollywood again.

On the other side, the insiders reveal that, it is not to substitute Rashmika with any other heroine, but the Sarileru Neekevvaru script itself demands two heroines and the makers are in search of the second heroine itself, confining Rashmika to the first heroine’s place. The truth behind it will be revealed only when the official announcement comes from the movie team.
