While the Centre is rolling out vaccines for deadly coronavirus in phases, people in many areas are still contracting the virus because of not maintaining social distance and wearing masks.
Now, Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor has fallen prey to Covid-19. Ranbir Kapoor’s mother, Neetu Kapoor confirmed that her son has tested positive, with a social media post.
“Thank you for your concern and good wishes. Ranbir has tested positive for Covid-19. He is on medication and recovering well. He is in self-quarantine at home and following all precautions,” she wrote.
On the work front, the star actor has been shooting for various projects of his since the beginning of the year. He is currently awaiting the release of ‘Shamshera’ and ‘Brahmastra’. While ‘Shamshera’ is set to release on June 25, 2021, the release date of ‘Brahmastra’ is not announced yet.
