There’s a lot being said about Ram Pothineni’s upcoming movie, The Warrior, directed by Tamil director N Linguswamy. There’s a lot of buzz surrounding the movie, and the songs, teaser, and trailer have been received wonderfully by the audiences, and the buzz surrounding the film only increased after their release.
The film has been made on a grand note, and Ram worked really hard on the project, given that this film marks his Tamil debut, as it’s a bilingual film, made in Tamil and Telugu. Talking at the Telugu pre-release event of the film, which took place today, Ram said that it was an honor to be a part of the film. He said that Linguswamy narrated the script at a time when he was sick and done with hearing police stories. He said that when he heard the script, he knew that this was the police film he was always meant to do.
Speaking about the injury he suffered while shooting the film, Ram said that all his pain and misery disappeared when he saw all the messages his fans wrote him at the time of injury and said that he truly would be nothing if not for the fans and that he’s not there without him. The Warrior is all set to be released on July 14th, in Tamil and Telugu, in theatres.
