Noted South Indian actress Amala Paul has lost her father Paul Varghese due to health related ailment. Varghese has been suffering from health related problems and was being treated at a private hospital at Kochi. He was declared dead yesterday evening. Paul was 61. Amala Paul is in the promotions of her upcoming film ‘Adho Andha Paravai Pola’ when she heard the news.
Final rites of Paul Varghese will be performed today between 3PM – 5PM at St. Peter & St. Paul Catholic Church. Paul Varghese was survived by wife Annice Paul, daughter Amala Paul and son Abhijit Paul. Amala Paul was known for Telugu audiences with the films like Naayak, Iddarammailatho.
