It is known that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has sent feelers to BJP leader Puradeswari, for joining in YSRCP.
While BJP made a zero impact in 2019 assembly and Lok Sabha elections in AP and YSRCP, on the other side, has witnessed a humongous victory, it was anticipated that there would not be any stop to Jagan’s government in the state. But the young CM has been constantly going against the Centre, in several issues like reverse tendering, demolitions etc.
So the YSRCP has been facing the negativity from all the sides and even BJP is expected to target Jagan and his government for taking such harsh decisions, ignoring the warnings of the Centre. So anticipating on the beforehand, that there would not be any future to YSRCP, Purandeswari might have rejected Jagan’s offer and thus choose to continue in BJP itself.

Meanwhile, even Daggubati Venkateshwara Rao has decided to walk out of YSRCP and stay away from the politics for some time. It should be seen, with what Puradeswari will be gifted with, by BJP, for such great gesture towards the Lotus party.
On the other side, TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu is also sending feelers to BJP and even the national party leader GVL Narasimha Rao has openly declared that he is going to mediate if Naidu decides to merge TDP in BJP. If that happens, Purandeswari, the arch rival of Naidu, though being a family member, may consider quitting BJP.
