It is indeed a proud moment for the fans of SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus RRR. The Ram Charan and Jr NTR starrer has made it to the shortlists for the Oscars 2023.
‘Naatu Naatu’, which is composed by MM Keeravani and crooned by Rahul Sipligunj and Kaala Bhairava, has been shortlisted in the best song category. The foot tapping energetic number is among the 15 singles which have been picked out of 81 in total.
Along with RRR, India’s official Oscar entry ‘The Last Film Show, is also shortlisted for the ‘International Feature Film’ category.
The 95th Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences are set to be held on March 12 at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.
