It is known that Vallabhaneni Vamsi has resigned to his MLA post and so the by-election in Gannavaram constituency has now turned inevitable. While YSRCP is fielding Yarlagadda Venkat Rao as its candidate, TDP is betting big on the constituency and is so planning to bring Lokesh into the picture.
Meanwhile, as Janasena has turned active in Andhra, everyone is eager to know about the Gannavaram candidate of the party. As Pawan Kalyan missed the opportunity of electing as an MLA, the Janasena activists are keen to see him as an MLA in Gannavaram at least. So, the Janasena social media handles are receiving numerous requests from the fans and activists, suggesting their idol to think about contesting in Gannavaram.

But it should be noted that the YSRCP candidate Venkat Rao lost to the TDP candidate in the last general elections, only by 838 votes. While he got 1,03,881 votes (47.07 percent), TDP’s Vallabhaneni Vamsi got 1,03,043 votes (46.69 percent) and bagged the seat, by a least margin of votes.
At this point of time, if at all, Pawan considers contesting in Gannavaram, it might again be a risk for the actor turned politician. So it would be better if he stays back from contesting in Gannavaram and focus on developing the party, rather than facing another humiliating defeat in the constituency.
