Congress Telangana affairs in charge Khuntia, reportedly went against the party leaders, for attending the meeting, headed by Janasena Chief Pawan Kalyan.
Recently, Janasena held an All-Party meeting, for which the Congress leaders like Revanth Reddy, Hanumantha Rao and many more senior leaders attended and shared some good gestures with Pawan.
Khuntia did not like the national party leaders attending the meeting organized by Janasena. He reminded the Congress leaders that the position of Pawan and his party was proved in the recent elections. He at least had a single digit percentage of voting in AP, but not even one percent in Telangana.

The state in-charge said that Congress is in a better position in Telangana and also has over 130 years of experience in the politics. “Such a huge historical party need not bend its head in front of a person, who himself lost in both the constituencies he contested,” Khuntia said.
After winning three MP seats in Lok Sabha elections, Congress is pinning good hopes on Telangana. But it should be noted that the national party is still in a dire need of a strong popular leader to represent the party in Telangana. At this point of time, taking the support of Pawan Kalyan, who has the ability of drawing massive crowds for his political meetings, is expected to be a win-win situation for both Congress and also Janasena too.
