It seems, Janasena Chief Pawan Kalyan is not in a mood to stop the fight for Telugu language in the near future. Pawan attended Telugu Vaibhavam, a special meet with Telugu Pandits held in Tirupati. Speaking at the meeting, the actor turned politician severely went against the actors of Telugu film industry, who cannot read or write Telugu.
“Telugu language is losing its significance in TFI. Many of our writers don’t know Shastras or have any mastery. Several good films would have been made in Telugu, if we had taken inspiration from Pandits like Medasani Mohan garu,” he said.
He lashed out at few Telugu films saying that the stature of Telugu cinema has boiled down to cuss words, profanity and double entendres.

Except mega family and a few of the people who are closely associated with the family, not many from Telugu film industry came out in support of Janasena during the last elections. Though Pawan Kalyan is a huge star, the kind of disappointing response he received from TFI was shocking to many. At this point of time, it should be seen, how Pawan’s comments against filmmakers and writers of Telugu film industry would show an impact on him and his party.
