Nikesha Patel was one of the most anticipated heroines of Tollywood, for the kind of hungama she did in the pre-release events of her Telugu debut Komaram Puli.
As the combination of SJ Suriya-Pawan Kalyan had once worked very big with Khushi, their second venture Puli had been released amidst of massive expectations. But the movie registered as a humiliating failure at the box office, due to which all the efforts of Nikesha Patel went vain.
After a gap, she is now planning to get back with a bang. The Puli heroine has as many as six films lined up for the release this year. Market Raja MBBS in Kollywood is awaiting its release, on which Nikesha is pinning good hopes.

Reacting to her failures, the bubbly actress said that the fate of the film is not in her hands. “These things happen. Honestly, the payment was good and the scripts to my liking, which is why I chose to do those films. Their fate was not in my hands,” she said
It should be seen whether the talented actress at least gets the long awaited break with the success of Market Raja MBBS.
