Confirming the numerous speculations, AK Entertainments have announced a project, marking the first collaboration of Akhil Akkineni and Surender Reddy.
The project was formally announced at 9:09AM today and a poster in line with the same was unveiled.
Tentatively titled Akhil5, this film will be made on a big budget and it will go on floors in coming months.
Initially, Krish Jagarlamudi was supposed to produce the film but he opted out later after the budget estimates were a bit too much for his liking. Soon after, AK Entertainments came on board and agreed to produce the film. They are partnering with Surrender 2 cinema banner for this project.
The makers are yet to lock the female lead and other technical crew. More details in this regard will be out soon.
Akhil’s Most Eligible Bachelor will be out next Sankranthi season.
