The Haryana government has imposed strict restrictions in the wake of the recent spike in Covid-19 cases. All shops were ordered to close by 6 p.m. The state government imposed a ban on all non-essential meetings and gatherings. State Home Affairs and Health Minister Anil Vij said the directives will be in effect from Friday.
“All shops in Haryana will be closed from tomorrow till 6 pm. We ban all non-essential meetings. Permission must be obtained from the relevant sub-divisional magistrate for ceremonies to be attended by more than the prescribed number” Viz tweeted.
The state government recently imposed restrictions on crowds in public places. In Haryana, a night curfew came into effect ten days ago. Now, the state government has increased the curfew time.
