The popular Kodi Kathi case is back into the news, with yet another twist in the tale. The accused Srinivasa Rao was released from the jail, on the day, YSRCP was declared as the winner in the elections.
While he applied for the bail, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) filed a petition in the high court, seeking the cancellation of the same. NIA opined that the accused, if left out can influence the case investigation. Agreeing with it, the high court canceled the bail.
YS Jagan was attacked by a youngster, with a knife in Vishakhapatnam airport in the past. The issue was constantly in the news for a good number of days, with leaders of both the main political parties-TDP and YSRCP, blaming one another.
While YSRCP leaders blamed TDP that they intentionally attacked Jagan, the TDP leaders on the other side said that, the YSRCP Chief is trying to gain sympathy by planning self attacks of this sort.

But shockingly, it was later revealed that the attacker was a fan of Jagan and resorted to such act, only to create sympathy to his leader, so that it would act as an advantage in the elections. But YSRCP refused to buy the argument and demanded to hand over the case to NIA. As the bail has been canceled now, it can be considered that Jagan has not planned any conspiracy in the name of kodi kathi case.
