A neutral survey agency is said to have conducted a survey in Andhra Pradesh recently, to gauge the reaction of the people of the state, keeping in mind the 2024 elections. According to this survey, the outcome for the YSRCP government in the 2024 elections doesn’t seem to be that promising, with everyone saying that it might be impossible for the YSRCP to repeat the 2019 results, given that its funds are dwindling as well.
On the other hand, it is also being said that many have been fed up with the YSRCP’s rule, which means that the chances for the TDP to get back to power have just increased. With these survey results, the members of the TDP seem to be brimming with new enthusiasm, with several members who have stayed away from active politics for the last two and a half years once against resurfacing.
Some leaders made arrangements with the members of the ruling party and have maintained a low profile, while some fled to Hyderabad to escape the Police force. Some others have almost disappeared, and all of these people are currently resurfacing. Some former ministers like Prathipati Pulla Rao, have once again come into the limelight and are trying to gain attention, while they continued to be absent when the party was taking part in some crucial fights. Some are of the opinion that members like these should be gotten rid of, for the betterment of the party. It is now to be seen what will happen here on.
