A case of cheating was registered against Dammalapati and his wife at Mangalagiri Rural Police Station. Kode Raja Rammohan, a builder, complained that the Dammalapati family had cheated him. With this, a case was filed against Dammalapati’s brother-in-law and all the four.
Rammohan complained that he had built the Krishnayapalem Lake View apartment plot with the participation of Dammalapati’s family members and that he had been cheated in the plots. The AP police showed their mark in the case registration of the original case. It has been revealed that the builder named Kode Rajarammohan did not conduct any business transactions with Dammalapati and with his wife.
Raja Ram Mohan was in partnership with Dammalapati’s brother-in-law and it was being investigated that Dammalapati has no active participation in this entire issue. A controversy arose in plot allotment and Ram Mohan filed a case on Dammalapati and his wife as well. The accusation on the police is that they need to know how to file a case against an unrelated person.
More than that, it is a civil dispute. If there is anything it should be taken to court. But the police registration of the trader saying that he had done business with the participation of family members went smoothly. TDP leaders are questioning what the courts will do without making harsh remarks if such cases are filed.
