Superstar Thalapathy Vijay teamed up with Atlee for the third time after two blockbuster movies like Their and Mersal. Titled as Bigil in Tamil, the film has been titled as Whistle in Telugu. Lady Superstar Nayanthara will be seen as the love interest of Vijay in this movie.
The expectations are sky-high on this movie in Tamil and Telugu States. We have already reported that the noted producer Mahesh Koneru bought the Telugu dubbing rights of this movie.
According to the latest reports, Whistle is going to be screened in 700+ theaters in both Telugu States. ore than 300+ theaters have been added in Nizam. The number is likely to increase further and in Andhra Pradesh too, the number of theaters will be huge.
On the whole, the film will be screened in 800+ theaters in the Telugu States. Nevertheless, to say, this is one of the biggest achievements for Vijay after Superstar Rajinikanth.
As his last film Sarkar fails to reach the audience’s expectations, Vijay doesn’t have a big market in the Telugu States. But this mass entertainer looks to bring him the required craze and popularity.
The trailer of the movie is well-received. There is also no competition from major Telugu releases for Whistle next week. The film is produced by AGS Cinemas and has music by AR Rahman. Whistle will hit the screens on October 25.
