It’s a known fact that YSRCP general secretary Vijaysai Reddy sent an 18 page show cause notice to Raghu Ramakrishna Raju in which 2 pages are written form and other 16 were of various paper clippings against him.
In this regard, he shared this information through a video that he is ready to oblige CM Jagan and reply soon but hinted that he just questioned the way certain schemes related to sand scarcity, land and liquor issues were overlooked.
The Show-cause notice was served to the MP for making charges against the MLAs and tarnishing the image of the party.
Reacting sharply to the show-cause notice issued by the YSRCP, Narsapuram Loksabha MP Raghurama Krishnam Raju has today questioned the legitimacy of it. The MP said that he contested on B-form given by the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) and won as an MP.
He said the show-cause notice was given on a letterhead composed as the YSR congress party. Raising this point, the MP asked with regards as to how Vijay Sai Reddy can name himself as national general secretary of the YSRCP when it is a regional party.
Raju gave a strong befitting reply to Vijay Sai today and also questioned the authenticity of internal disciplinary committee of the YSRCP. He further enquired whether the internal disciplinary committee of the party is duly approved by the Election Commission of India. He proclaimed that no request was ever made for change of the name by the party as per clause 9 Section 29A of The Representation of the People’s Act 1951.
Government objectified the usage of Anna YSR congress party and instead suggested to use Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party. He retaliated back saying Vijay Sai is unauthorised to issue the notice and warned legal proceedings for such misleading political mudslingings.
