Tollywood’s veteran actor Mohan Babu is currently playing the lead role in his upcoming emotional drama ‘Son Of India’. The film is in the final leg of its making, and the makers are eyeing to complete the post-production formalities soon.
Mohan Babu on Wednesday took to his social media handle to announce the release date of the film. Son Of India is all set to hit the screens on February 18.
Making an official announcement, the actor wrote, “Patriotism in his blood #SonofIndia. Grand Release in Theaters on 18th February. Maestro #Ilaiyaraaja Musical on @adityamusic. Proudly produced by @iVishnuManchun & Directed by @ratnababuwriter.”
Son Of India is directed by Diamond Ratnababu, and it has music by Maestro Ilaiyaraja. The film stars Pragya Jaiswal as the female lead. It also has Meka Srikanth, Tanikella Bharani, Prudhvi Raj, Vennela Kishore, Raghu Babu, Raja Ravindra and Ali in other important roles.
The film has screenplay written by Mohan Babu and is produced by Manchu Vishnu under Sree Lakshmi Prasanna Pictures and 24 Frames Factory banner.
