Director SS Rajamouli’s film RRR, featuring Ram Charan and NTR in the lead roles, was released last year, and turned out to be a massive commercial success in the country. The film subsequently amassed a massive international following, after its OTT release. The film recently won the Golden Globe Award for the Best Original Song, for Naatu Naatu. The song is nominated in the same category at this year’s Oscars as well.
This year’s much awaited Oscars ceremony is set to take place on 12th March, and in the meantime, the team of RRR is busy promoting the film in Hollywood. As part of that, Keeravani and Rajamouli got the opportunity to present the Best Documentary Cinematographer award at the prestigious ASC awards. This is a proud moment for all Telugu audiences and Indians as well.
On the other hand, Keeravani is all set to perform Naatu Naatu live at the Oscars this year, along with Kaala Bhairava and Rahul Sipligunj.
