We have already reported that Sampath Nandi and macho hero Gopichand joined hands together again for the second time after Gautham Nanda. The film will star milky beauty Tammanah Bhatia as the female lead.
Touted to be a sports drama, Gopichand will be seen as a Kabaddi player in the film. If the latest reports are to believed, Tamannah Bhatia will be seen as a women’s kabaddi coach in this film.
In a recent media interaction, Tammanah stated that her role will be a tribute to iconic Indian coaches like Pullela Gopichand, Ramakanth Achrekar, and Satpal Singh who have made an invaluable contribution in changing the face of Indian sports.
It is also learnt that Tamannah Bhatia will undergo Kabaddi training as a part of the preparation for her role.
A source close to the film said that the makers are planning to title the film as Seeti Maar. Apparently, the title has been registered in the film chamber and an official announcement is awaited in this regard.
The film will be launched in October and it will be bankrolled by Srinivasa Chitturi, who produced Superhit film U Turn on Srinivasaa Silver Screen banner.
