Lock down is an interesting phase till date in human history. Few families were enjoying the time together while few families were starving for days due to lack of money. While the daily wage workers, petty shop owners, auto drivers, etc were losing their everyday money, IT employees were working from home and earning their living.
As per the records, domestic violence was raising in India due to the lock down. This trend is being seen more in the families with IT employees and alcoholics. Considering this aspect, Pune Rural Development Officials came up with an interesting idea. As per their concept, if any husband was found to be in the harassment case, he will be sent to quarantine center.
Pune Zilla Parishad came up with the idea of counseling followed by quarantining the alcoholics who harass their family members. May be other regions too will come up with similar attempts, if the domestic violence cases raises.
