It is known that YSRC Government started several schemes for the people of AP last year and most of them needed the financials to continue in this year. Due to Covid-19, the economy of the nation got disturbed and the revenue streams for the state of Andhra Pradesh got highly impacted. At the end, Andhra Pradesh requested Central Government for financial support.
In this scenario, YS Jagan appreciated Narendra Modi’s decision of extending the lock down but also suggested that the regions other than the red zones should be relaxed for free flow of the economy. Debate started in the media on this topic and TDP leader Chandra Babu Naidu came up with the statement that the Covid-19 number revealed by the Government of AP are not accurate. Chandra Babu Naidu finalized that the numbers are far beyond the ones that are stated by the Government and in this scenario, the TDP leader felt that it is unsafe to ask for relaxation in lock down.
YSRC leader Botsa Satyanarayana took over Chandra Babu Naidu’s view saying that it is unfair on Chandra Babu’s part to speak like that on the Government. Botsa finalized that there is no secret behind the numbers and YSRC is showing accurate ones. Botsa shot back at Chandra Babu saying that they can’t speak anything they like about Andhra Pradesh, sitting in Hyderabad.
