Amidst of high tension atmosphere in Andhra Pradesh, the counting of votes for assembly and Lok Sabha constituencies has been started. In a total of 175 assembly constituencies and 25 Lok Sabha constituencies, 79.74 per cent voting has been recorded in the state.
Going with the counting trends, as most of the national surveys predicted, YSRCP is leading in 48 assembly constituencies, by 9.30 am. The party is leading in all the 10 out of 10 constituencies in Kadapa, hinting that the victory of the party is inevitable.
Shockingly Janasena Chief Pawan Kalyan is trailing in both Gajuwaka and Bheemavaram, where the victory of him was taken for granted. On the other side, TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu is also trailing in his very own Kuppam constituency, shocking the political circles. The 2019 elections are going to be unpredictable, as more shocking results are expected to be out by evening.
