Sunrisers got a terrific opening partnership from David Warner and Jonny Bairstow. They made a 56-run stand for the first wicket in less than six overs. Warner got out right after the powerplay. After that, Bairstow and Abdul Samad got out in no time. Later, last match’s heroes Vijay Shankar and Manish Pandey stayed in the crease for a long time. Manish finally got out after trying for a big shot in the 17th over. In the very next over, Shankar also got out. All of a sudden, Sunrisers were in deep trouble.
