Unwilling to tolerate the harassment anymore, Srinivas brother Subba Raj has filed a written complaint against the police, alleging that they are harassing his brother because the Chief Minister is involved in it. He also alleged that there is no security for his brother in the jail.

Subba Raju expressed zero confidence in the state police, and requested to transfer the case to Odisha or Bengal. He opined that only then, the actual facts will come out.
Meanwhile, the police said that they received a written complaint from Subba Raju, but clarified that they have not filed any case so far. The police assured to take the necessary action, after going through the complaint.
