For quite sometime now, Kesineni Nani hasn’t been an active part of the Telugu Desam Party, due to his differences with Chief Chandrababu Naidu. Nani wanted Chandrababu to take action on the trio of Bonda Uma, Buddha Venkanna and Nagul Meera, who, according to him, destroyed the chances of his daughter, Shweta, becoming the Mayor of Vijayawada.
Chandrababu has paid no attention to this, and the same has happened very recently, with Nani’s letter. Nani wrote a letter to Babu, stating that neither he nor his daughter would be available for the 2024 elections, and that the TDP shouldn’t factor them in. Babu has not responded to this letter either.
On the other hand, Kesineni Nani has removed all TDP flags, and photos of him with Chandrababu Naidu from his party office, the Kesineni Bhavan. Everything belonging to the TDP has reportedly been removed from the place, and been replaced with Kesineni’s photo with Ratan Tata. This is now being dubbed as Kesineni’s indirect goodbye to TDP.
